Option 1 ~ Phone Call

Good luck!  Returning a phone call seems to be a dead business practice for some real estate practitioners.  It is usually my first step. I leave them a message and let them know that they will be receiving an email through FeedbackNetwork.com.

Option 2 ~ Email

Create a template for feedback request.  The issue with email is it sometimes gets dumped directly to people's "junk e-mail" folder.

Option 3 ~ Feedback Network or Something Similar (My Recommendation)

This is my favorite.  My sellers love it. It sends multiple reminders to the buyer's agent with photos of the home to refresh their memory. You can set it up so that your sellers will get a copy of all answered feedback request. It also graphs of the feedback.  Here's the link http://www.myfeedbacknetwork.com/

Option 4 ~ Supra's FREE Feedback Feature

Supra has a FREE feedback feature.  You have to input the listing's information. Viola! You are all set. You can forward a copy of the reports to your sellers.  Here's the link.  Did I mention it's FREE? http://login1.suprakim.com/kimweblogin.asp

Option 5 ~ My technique, I use Option 1, 3, and 4.  My diligence does pay off because I do get response for each showing.

7 Comments on How to Effectively Get Feedback from Buyer’s Agent? With a Photo of Reno, NV

Catherine - I drive to their office and shake them vigorously until they give up the information. If that doesn't work then I just call them ;-)

Ryan Martin ~ Thanks for the laugh!  I needed that. :-)  Sometimes I feel like doing that.  Did you get a GPS for Christmas?  I remember you talking about getting a GPS.  E-mail me when you get a chance.

Catherine - I like Ryan's answer! LOL

Centralized showing makes it very easy to provide feedback and yet, most agents just will not fill in the blanks! I always call them to follow up.

Linda Scanlan ~ It seems like it takes more than a phone call to get feedback nowadays.  I have seen some agents offer gift cards every month.  They pick a winner from a pool of agents who responded from them feedback request.  It must be a success because I made sure I completed the automated feedback form.  I have not won, though.

This is great to use several ways to get feedback and keep the property top of the mind.

I couldn't figure out how to sign up for the feedback program. Do they contact me?

Cathy Glass ~ Here's their toll free number 866-692-4595.  I ordered mine online.  They are very reasonably priced at $24.95/ month.  They also offer discounted rate if you have enough agents in the office to participate.  I love their graphs.  My sellers can view the graphs also.  You can also link it to your website.  You can also use it for Open House feedback. It's awesome!
