Looking good on the chart there in Toronto, nice city. Must be cold today, but the market is warming up I see, and that is all that matters. - Lance.

Toronto is a Very nice city. The market has actually been going pretty strong for a while now. every month the toronto real estate board is promoting some sort of new record.

Has your market time slowed like your counterparts south of the border? How many of your clients look towards the States for investment or Second homes?

The Market overall hasn't slowed down. The Beach area has an average of about 18 days on the market the past 12 months. other areas of the city go up into the 20-25 days on market range. I personaly haven't had any clients even mention investments in the States, not to say it doesn't happen, but I don't know much about it, I haven't researched that.

'Looks like prices are picking up for you now. But, goodness, what happened in July? Is that a seasonal thing, or was it just a fluke?
