The beautiful community of Alta Mesa in Northeast Mesa found itself on the receiving end of some pretty great sales stats for the month of March. With a total of 16 home sales with an average of 119 days on the market, Alta Mesa exemplified what it means to sell quality homes in a quality area.
Of the homes sold in the month of March, the median price per square foot was $92.84. That's a pretty consistent average compared to reports on the Alta Mesa community in the recent months.
While these reports should be viewed as a trend and since all homes are unique and include factors that may affect value, it is safe to say that calling Alta Mesa "home" would be on the top list of recommended communities in the Northeast Mesa area.
