Andrew of course clients like these are ever lasting. I wouldn't trade them for the world.
The Christiansen Team. Glad you liked it, need to point out the good times we have in our profession.
Hey, Cheryl! I included this post in Last Week's Favorites. So welcome to Active Rain, and have a great week.
Hi Cheryl, I'm betting she feels pretty much the same about you, too !
I can't say thank you enough Patricia. I'm glad you like it! Have a great week.
Hi Bill. Thanks for visting. We keep in contact for sure, and yes I think she does:)
Yes, Cheryl. How well I remember my First perfect client. I had five homes on my list to show this couple one day during my time frame. After the second home, the husband said this is it. I don't need to look at anymore homes. His wife asked, what about the others? He was firm. No. This is the one. We don't need to look at the others. What a smooth transaction all the way through closings.
Would love to have many more of those.
Hey Jerry...These clients just don't know how much we appreciate them...thanks for stopping by.
Cheryl, in 9 years in this business I think I've had 3 like that, and they were the type of client that makes you keep on looking for another.
The perfect client...yes, I have had quite a few. They are not as memorable as the more challenging ones. We could all use a bit of not memorable clients.
Margaret
Margaret you have a point there. Not as memorable clients you can't forget...thanks for commenting.
Don't know that i have ever seen one this perfect.. I did sell my first house at an open house though.. but it was a challenge keeping it together after the original offer.. not quite like this one!! Great to know..
Hi Janis. Thanks for stopping by and commenting. Its been a while since this client, I'm hoping for more!
Janis, You make me jealous! Does your client want a second home in Clarksivlle, TN? I would love to have a dream client like that.
Nothing to be jealous about Debbie. It has only been one thus far. You can be sure if I know of someone I'll send them your way!
Thank you Cheryl, it was a pleasure to read of your perfect client. It sounds like more a matter of a very prepared person, maybe you can help your future clients to be more prepared by giving a copy of this blog post to potential buyer during or shortly before your first meeting.
Most people would like to be know as a near perfect client, they just need a little coaching to get to that point.
Cheryl, it happens once in a while with me. The most recent, just 4 months ago - who knew what he wanted and we saw just ONE home - and that' it! Smooth sailing all the way. I also wish if everyone was like him...
A client like this one makes it all worthwhile. Congratulations on your perfect Client!
Hi Bob. Your welcome, glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for visiting.
Praful. Great, wasn't it the best feeling?
Fred you can say that again!
How funny. I met a new prospect today and showed him one home. I have his signed offer in my e-mail ready to send to the listing agent.
Hi Ellie. Thanks for visiting...I'm sure your very happy, don't lose contact either!
