1.        Location, location, location!  Woodinville provides great access for commuters heading to the freeways for work.  Centrally located with easy access to employment centers in Seattle,  Bellevue, Redmond and other northeast Puget Sound cities.

2.       Affordable, solid built homes, on larger lots, in established neighborhoods.  Many local homes and neighborhoods were built by award winning builders that take pride in doing things right!

3.       Close proximity to shopping centers, movie theaters, entertainment.  Check out the Downtown Woodinville Shopping Center!

4.       Woodinville’s world famous wine country.  Check out some of the local wineries here!

There are many more reasons to love Woodinville, WA but the best way to discover all there is to offer is to come and visit for a day.
