I haven't given a lot of thought to the timeless aspect. I tend to write about events, but this makes a lot of sense. Thanks as always.
Bob #10 - that is a really good idea. I've done it a couple of times but should make that a standard.
Hi Bob,
It is thrilling to get a listing on page one of Google.
Much more exciting to find it there a long time later

Bob, I have started with this project, but do not have enough time to do this properly. I need an administrator.
Thanks Bob! You have enlightened me, now I better get busy.
Bob, Thank you for the relevant and timely information you’ve included in this post.
Other than the specific questions you suggest for the hyper local content, your advice crosses many business boundaries. Any of us that are blogging should make sure we write timeless content that is valuable for our readers. We need an easy-to-find call to action and an appearance that reflects our brand.
The only thing I can add based on my application of this post is that if it can reach a broader audience, its value is multiplied many times over. Thank you for sharing your expertise in a digestible form.
Great post, thanks bob, as has been said above when you do write a post it is usually well worth reading, thanks.
Thanks Bob, I came from the SMMCamp webinar you were speaking on today.
Good Stuff!

Bob,
Thank you so much for this. It is great input!
Have a wonderful weekend!
I'm a believer! I've written two very specific and detailed posts on local condo locations and they do get traffic. Traffic means the opportunity to close a deal so I'm very happy. I have plans for three more.
Okay, I'm BOOKMARKING this and will go thru in more detail this weekend !!! Thanks for your feedback !
Bob-
Thanks for posting this yesterday in bootcamp. Great post!
Thank you for the helpful hints. I've been wanting to write about new construction. Your new challenge and they guidelines should help me to get the job done and make the phone ring!
Thank you for the wonderful advice!
It's true. Hyper-local posts are the gift that keep on giving ... to the reader and the writer. I've been amazed at the number of hits and remaining popularity of some of my own hyper-local posts. I like the info you gave here. As a lender, I have to put my own spin on some of it ... but the message remains much the same for me as the agents. Thanks, Bob ...

Thanks for the support! Kristine
Another great post, full of ideas, to incorporate when you cannot think of something to write.
Great Tips for starting Hyper Local Posts! I will be adding a few this weekend.
Thanks so much for today's Webinar...it was awesome and pretty eye opening....I am lacking so much in my blogging!
Hyper local is obviously the way to go. You've shown me the way, Bob. I'll print out your list of things to cover in the blogs.
