I couldn't agree more Richie. It always amazes me when I watch perfectly rational people fall in love with a home simply because they love the paint colors!

Even though I always counsel my buyers NOT to fall in love with the house until after closing, they never can pull it off. They do fall in love!
Kathryn...Once some sort of attachment is established....it is harder to let go. THINK: That is why they don't name pets on a farm...It is hard to eat your friend...
