My wonderful husband got me a new Panasonic DMC-TZ3 digital camera for Christmas.  I have been wanting a new one for a while now, my old Kodak with 3.2 megapixels has been slowly getting worn out.  I've been taking a lot of photos trying to compare the 2 cameras and their pictures.  Here are some samples.  I shot them all in the fine detail mode.

These were all taken with my old Kodak camera.

These were taken with my new Panasonic camera.

I took this photo with the Panasonic in Intelligent mode.

This photo was taken in the fine detail mode with no flash.  I had to lighten the picture to make it look less dark.

So, which do you think looks better???  Should I keep the Panasonic or keep shopping for a different one?
