Hi, this is Pat Zaby and I am here at the 2007 NAR convention, on the trade’s show floor. So, the first thing I would look at is the categories that make sure that you got your contacts categorized. The next thing I would do is make sure that you do everything from the contact record that way you will have a history of all of it in there. 

The third thing I would probably tell you are about your contact managers is to be sure that you make notes on every single thing you do. You can taken enough, you go below to remain everything you talk to be pulled out. So, when you write it down it is not just good risk reduction, its good sales technique also.
