November 2007 Real Estate Market Report for Vancouver's:

Felida, Hazel Dell & Salmon Creek Areas

This report is a simple tabulation of Felida, Hazel Dell and Salmon Creek area homes in the real estate data base, separated into price ranges, and: Active, Pending and Sold categories, for the Historical Month of November, 2007.  

This month has seventy-nine (79) fewer homes in the Active category, and the average days on the market has increased by twelve (12) days.  For the listings that are agreeing to offers the average time on the market is now about 94 days -- fourteen (14) days longer than last month.

Year-to-date the RMLS data is showing the Average home Selling Price for the Felida, Salmon Creek & Salmon Creek areas ranging from: $292,500 to $342,200; and the Median Selling Price ranging from: $269,900 to $312,000.  The Clark County - wide Average Home Selling Price is: $306,900;  while the Median Selling Price is: $262,900.
