Home buyers need to be aware that unless they have a buyer agency agreement with there Realtor they are not being represented like they should be.  All agents are working and negotiating on behalf of the seller unless the buyers sign a buyer's agency agreement.  Which, in most cases, don't cost a thing to the buyers.  Real Estate Agents are responsible for protecting the interest of their clients which in most cases is the sellers, unless the buyers have a signed agreement with their Realtor.  Home buyer's please look for an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) when choosing your agent.
