2007 was great but, definitely not the best year we've had. I've worked with so many realtors I know that a 360 day advance notice should be plenty.
- The perfect website. I would like a website that has the foundation that the search engines like Google and Yahoo just can't resist. The one that rockets to the top of organic searches without the eye-crossing dullness of an encyclopedia. I want nice graphics, fast uploads and an IDX that produces market data and the last sales price of subject property. AND of course, an integrated Blog that's easily uploaded to feedburner, digg etc.
- A better online marketing plan. I spend thousands of dollars on realtor.com, hvalues, hgain the list goes on and on and the bottom line is at the end of the day I'm barely breaking even. Maybe Zillow should step in and provide such a service.
- Better brokerage business model. All to often I hear that successful agents are paying the way for the less productive agents. All to often I hear that the lack of technology is a burden in most brokerages. If I'm paying thousands of dollars in to the company shouldn't I get more technology tailored for my business? On the other hand, if I don't want the technology, should I still have to pay for it? It's a quandry, I know. But, I'm sure there is a better way for agents to exist under a broker or mega broker and a way that is better for agents to provide the service we are trained for to the general public. Santa, just give me the model and we, the agents, will put it together.
- Did I leave anything out? Oh yeah, I want a ton of all cash buyers that need to close in 14 days or less! =)
What is your Christmas wish?
Be sure to ask soon, Santa will be listening....
See you in 360 Days Santa, I know you won't let us down.
Sounds good to me, better start working hard. An hour a day will get you there!
