So housing sales are at a 12 year low and everything is grim right? That is what I keep hearing from the media, consumers and almost everyone I speak with. When I tell them I'm in Real Estate they say "Ohh, business is rough huh?" The fact is that it's not. I found an interesting report on the Best and Worst in Real Estate for 2007. I would say that if this is the big crash we've all been hearing about then this is a pretty soft landing. In spite of this many buyers on on the fence, like I said before. If you look at the people who are making a killing in this market it is the agressive buyers and investors.

Investing in Real Estate is perfect now. If you are an investor please let me know what you are looking for. I am working with many different Wholesalers who are looking for Rehab buyers.

Yes....this is true. Everyone concentrates on the "doom and gloom and news doesn't help.
