This community was built between 1997 and 1998. It consists of two level condos and three level townhouses.

The units have 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths or 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and are between about 1200 square feet and about 2100 square feet.

The units have 1 car garages and room for 2 more cars on the driveway.

The tri-levels have the following layout:

The first floor has a living room, dining room, kitchen and a half bath.

The second floor has a master bedroom suite with a master bath, and two additional bedrooms and another full bath.

When the basements are finished, typically they have a family room, an additional room and a laundry room.

In addition to tri-level units, the complex has duplexes, with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths.

Enjoy sitting on your patio and relaxing, while listening to the many wonderful sounds of nature.  Delight in having delicious barbecues spring, summer and fall!

As I drove through this community, taking these pictures, I enjoyed seeing the lush landscaping and viewing the mountains.

Pine Ridge condos and townhouses is convenient for commuters going into New York City. There are buses close by to take you into the Port Authority of New York at 41st Street and 8th Avenue. There is also a railroad train station in Harriman which is closeby, and takes commuters into either Secaucus or Hoboken, NJ. From there, you can take the Port Authority Trans Hudson (PATH) trains to lower Manhattan or 34th Street and 7th Avenue in Manhattan. The commute into New York by public transportation is about 1 and 1/2 hours.

This community is also close to major highways, such as the NYS thruway (I-87), Route 17 and Route 17M.

For shoppers, it is very close to the wonderful Woodbury Commons Premier Outlet shopping mall and many other stores, including Walmart, TJMax, BJs, Target, and more!

As a pet lover I am happy to say that pets are allowed!

Between January 1, 2010 and the time of the writing of this article, the large 2100 square foot units have sold between $291,000 and $295,000.  The smaller units have sold between $225,000 and $247,500.

At the time of the writing of this article, one unit is on the market and it is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2100 square foot unit, being offered at $250,000.
