UPDATE HAWAII ActiveRain Gathering January 28, 2008!

What a way to start the New Year but with an Oahu, Hawaii ActiveRain Gathering for 2008! We have finally got our "stuff" together and made reservations and plans for this event to coincide with the time you folks who are coming for the Hawaii Chapter: CRS Sellabration at Hilton Hawaiian Village. ActiveRain's Matt Heaton and Lydia Heaton will be attending!!!! will be checking in with the ActiveRain Head Honcho's to see if they may be able to make it over They will also be here for their FIRST Paradise Vacation.

Quite a few of you have already let me or Randy Prothero know that you are interested in attending and we need to get a direct count for our reservations at Aloha Tower Marketplace's Gordon Biersche Lanai. The lanai setting will be a great place to mingle and finally get to meet some of our peers that we have been interacting with for awhile.

Waterfront views, friends, pupu's (appetizers), music and great conversations should prove to be a grand time. What more could we ask for? I have long awaited this special time because as you all know...paradise is an ocean away and hardly a hop skip and jump from all of you on the mainland.

Sally-What a wonderful opportunity this will be for many and a great way to start the new year. I can't wait to see pictures and a post with the follow up. Have a wonderful day my friend.

WooHoo, I sure wish TLW could get a way to come to this. You guys are going to have a wonderful time. I've been to two gatherings already and both times is was like one big family reunion. It was truly amazing how close we become from participating on this network.

Julie: Well, I was thinking we can call you all up (it'll be early morning over there) and put you on speaker hahahah! I think the most important thing is I'm finally going to meet some of my favorite people here that I've spoken to on the phone too. Thanks and wish you could be here!

BB and TLW: I sure wish both of you could manage to come. I know...it's like me traveling all the way that way. I am so looking forward to sitting around and talking with many. You folks will be in conversation...that I am sure of!

Sally, this sounds like so much fun! I have been a CRS for years but have never attended one of their events. I wish I could go to this one and meet you and all of the wonderful AR members!

Diane: How about we talk about you and it'll be like you're here?

Sally, it sounds wonderful and I can't wait to see all the photo's of the gathering. Wish I could be there, maybe someday. I know everyone will have a blast.

Sally, how I wish I could be there -- you guys should have a blast! At least I'll be meeting up with a bunch of Rainers in NYC in about 10 days! But New York has no waterfront views unless you count the Hudson River and it certainly ain't paradise!

Sally- How fun it that going to be! Take lots of photos. Wish I could be there! Someday soon. We are going to have a big party in Orlando in November at the NAR convention. Katerina

I can hardly wait! I am so excited we'll have some relax time first...we leave here on the 15th! And, anyone thinking about wanting to REINVENT their business is welcome to come to the Big Island for my 3 Day Planning retreat 25-27 :>)

Sorry...I personally can't make that or the CRS...have to hold the fort down at the office...but I will be attending our AR gathering.... Sharon Simms is also having a CLHMS class on January 24 and 25 there at the Hilton Hawaiian Village (same place as CRS) Full week going on huh?

I'll be in Hawaii for Sellabration but that particular evening is uncertain at this point since I will have my husband and kids with me. If they are busy at the Polynesian Cultural Center, I will definitely be there...will let you know when our plans firm up! What a great idea to have a party there!

This sounds like a really nice time for all who will be there. I've gotten to do Florida get-togethers, and one small one in North Carolina, and loved them each. Have a great time, and I hope there will be lots of pictures for us to look at.
