Is it just me or does it seem like Christmas was here and gone before we knew what happened?  This week seems like one big vacation with the kids home from school and this weekend we will have more places to visit.  The next thing you know, it will be 2008!  Doesn't it feel like it just turned to the year 2000?  Where were you when you were wondering if the power was going to go out?  Did you have enough bottled water?  Do you go out and buy a generator?  How about a kerosene heater?  Ice?  Wasn't that a mess!

I hope you have a great start to 2008 and keep your eye on the real estate market.  I have a feeling things will pick up a bit in a few months.
