Nevada Rural Housing Authority

Assists citizens with Low Rate Mortgage Loans and Down Payment Assistance Grants for Moderate Income Homebuyers.The Authority is an instrumentality of local government and a political subdivision of the State of Nevada, established under the terms and provisions of the laws of the State of Nevada and duly organized and created pursuant to the terms of the State statute. The Authority was created to assist in the financing of housing for low and moderate income persons residing in Nevada's 15 rural counties and the rural portions of the two urban counties of clark and washoe.
