Customer Service, Active Rain has done it Again
I had a question for customer support at Active Rain. Within ten minutes if that long, I not only had an email response with the issue answered but a phone call from Washington State. Bob Stewart personally had call to give me the response to my question. I was blown away. The issue was a simple one. This is what Active Rain is all about. People sharing and pooling their thoughts for a common end.

It was not a rush call either. We spent a moment discussing Active Rain and the future is very bright. Bob also brought to light that he had some close friends who played Baseball for Southeastern Louisiana University (SLU). What do you know I attend and graduated from SLU in 1984. Well before his time. None the less, what a small world and Active Rain made it feel like we next door neighbors.
