We can help you obtain REO's by means of our BPO processing, asset manager and asset management company connections. We have a list of 170+ asset management companies and a list of about 1500 asset managers from banks and asset management companies that we market agents to.
My associates and I also perform foreclosure research in which we can obtain, on the front end, names of providers who currently service the loan of the home that is in foreclosure. We contact the service provider and find out how we can get you, the agent, the listing.
Of course, doing BPO's will bring in extra income for you, but it will also keep you in the forefront and help to obtain REO listings. With my team on your side and our process, you will be able to turnaround more BPO's each week, impress the asset management companies and increase your chances of obtaining REO listings. REO listings can be obtained three ways:
1.) Exposure from completing BPO's with 3rd party Asset Management Companies (many times these companies promote you to lenders).
2.) Completing BPO's for asset management divisions of direct lenders.
3.) Direct relationships with REO property management companies.
