OK, I just had to share this website. I stole this from a fellow Active Rain Blogger but this has to be shared. Do you ever get frustrated on the phone listening for prompts and never getting anywhere? Well if you visit www.GetHuman.com they have directions on how to bypass almost all of the major companies maze of tele prompters. They will get you strait to a human.

When I saw this I just imagined all the time it would save. All the more time to work on the important stuff. Let me know what you think!

Jason

This is not directed at you but more to all who reads just to remind and reset.

I am an Agent last life was the procurement of telephone systems for automation. In fact I did it for one of the companies listed clue: "Do not leave home without it"

anyway just as we are blogging here which ten years ago blog or its real term "web log" was not even known. My point is that technology is changing everything. including the way in which we call and have our phones answered. Tech is enabling new stuff innovation and service improvement in most cases when done well. What we hear about is for those tech installations that do not go well they create noise for everyone else and ultimately distorting the true objective of service improvement. Which is the objective of all the companies that have installed those systems additional to cost reduction, which I might add result is further cash investment on new technology to in-turn reinvest in customer servicing...........

For me I think Innovation and Technology is the future and the more we embrace it and incorporate it into the way in which we serve our customers, this will ultimately lead to market differentiation and market leadership.....

Anyway I need a blanket and a fire, I need to send some smoke signals to my friends in NY......

Blog on.....

Great, this would be a great site for our friends at our title companies to have who are calling to constantly get payoff's on homes etc.
