  1. Be patient
  2. Know your home's worth
  3. Adopt a positive attitude
  4. Do not let emotions-anger, pride, greed, or prejudice-get in the way of negotiating the best deal.

Your home obviously means a lot to you, but you have already made the decision to move on, so begin to think of your home as "the house" or "the condo," instead of "my home."

When reasonable offers come along, take them seriously.  Especially in todays buyers market, any offer received should be considered a potential deal with maybe a few tweaks. You can always counter any offer made by the buyer that comes near your asking price. Do not spoil a good deal over a few hundred dollars.

Give me a call and let me lead you into a successful negotiation to buy or sell your home.

I AM AT YOUR SERVICE!

I find the biggest problem is the emotional attachment clients can ave to their homes.  They feel theirs are better when they are not.
