Zillow Misprices More Minneapolis Homes, Condos and Lofts

By
Real Estate Agent with www.dannyrealestate.com

They try and they try, but they continue to misprice homes condos and lofts in the Minneapolis area creating confusion in the local real estate market. When you're ready to sell and want to price correctly contact a local professional (like me!) who knows the area. How can we help you?

Until a class action suit is brought against Zillow, or until the Government goes after them for false and misleading advertising,  this will continue.

Zillow's lawyers and "suits" have protected themselves with carefully worded TOS and EULA, but sooner or later they will find themselves up the Proverbial Creek.

There should be a way to stop them from misleading the consumers.  It's happening all over the country.

Sounds like a good basis for an advertising campaign - "Will you trust your home pricing to Zillow, or hire a professional?"  And include a few good examples of mispricing (making sure you have lots more in your back pocket to back up your claim.)

Zillow insults 1 million real estate professionals EVERY DAY.  They claim to do something in an automated way, saying that we're not needed to evaluate properties (in not so many words).
