Philia is the new word of the day.

This word is Greek in origin and it means something everyone needs. Young, old or anywhere in between we all crave this in some sort of way.  Some of us look for it in strange places or things.  So not to confuse anyone the meaning of (fil’e) is tendency toward; strong or abnormal attraction to.  For some of you it could be the opposite sex, food, toys, guns, fishing equipment, tobacco and the list goes on.  Mine is my faith and family what say you?

So, that must be why people live in Philiadelphia?

I have a cousin who lives near Philia, but in New Jersey.  Is there a Greek word for that?
