Laugh-It Makes You Look and Feel Better!

I've heard and read that laughter makes you feel better, literally. According to Connie Tyne, the executive director of the Cooper Wellness Program in Dallas, "It releases serotonin and dopamine that enhance our sense of well-being and optimism. Laughter is an antidote to chronic pain and helps people heal faster." She also says "no matter what makes us laugh, it is the closest thing to exercise when it comes to working the abs."

I love being around people with a sense of humor that make me laugh, it is one of the greatest qualities and a special gift people have. I love to see people laugh as well. Who knew that being around funny people would improve your health and abs at the same time.

I also have a theory about laughing...you have to breath deep and you get a BLAST of oxygen! Of Course you can laugh til you are breathless! : )
