I attended my second Active Rain Meet-up last Friday at the Yard House in Roseville.  It was a great way to cap off a busy week and relax while exchanging war stories and information relating to our industry with other local Active Rain Members. I met several new members for the first time and when I thought I had heard it all, I learned some new things about this crazy real estate business.   I was encouraged to hear that most of us are staying optimistic while experiencing some painful challenges.  The most rewarding part for me personally was sharing some information with a business owner that could potential help increase their business.  I was reminded of a quote by Zig Ziglar; "You will get all you want in life if you help enough other people get what they want.

Nice bubba I would love to connect but the closest I have seen in our FLAT GORGEOUS state (lol) is down in the springs and love ya but I dont have 3hrs for the round trip. I dont have enough adequate time for our customers (lol) but thats soon to change
