If you are relocating to the Fort Mill, SC area, The Reserve at Gold Hill is a community that has a lot to offer plus a great location. Standard Pacific Homes, one of the areas most respected builders, is developing the neighborhood and while it’s mostly built out, I believe there are still around 17 lots available plus some resales. It is a medium-sized neighborhood with 285 lots. Houses range from 1,959 square feet to 2,976 square feet and 3-5 bedrooms with 2 1/2 to 3 bathrooms. Homes are priced from $230,000 and are Energy-Star Qualified.
Homes have nice architectural detail, plus there is nice variation from house to house.

The Reserve’s location right off of Gold Hill Road provides easy access to I-77 and the Charlotte-Douglas Airport. Just a short drive down Gold Hill Road many shopping options are available including Lowes Food, Jersey Mikes, Fort Mill BBQ, and Red Bowl Asian Fusion Restaurant. In the other direction out Gold Hill Road (towards I-77), the areas first Publix is under construction.
