Meet with the family, get them pre-qualified, pinpoint their needs vs. wants, narrow down the inventory, plan my tour, take them out to view homes, listen to their reactions and take note, see more homes, see more homes, call to see more homes . . . "I'm sorry the number you have reached is no longer in service " . . . WHAT! Gone, fell off the face of the Earth. = wasted time and a pissed off rookie.
