Some favorable population growth estimates were reported this week by the Wall Street Journal. In July, NC passed 9 million in population, adding 190,000 people in the previous year, a +2% growth rate, which is the 6th fastest in the U.S. This definitely bodes well for continued resilience in our local real estate market.
