Why is EXIT Realty the fastest growing Real Estate Company North America?

The secret behind their unbelievable success in a very short time is due to sponsoring.

What is sponsoring?  It is a system where an EXIT agent brings in another agent (what we call a Sponsor)  to work at his or her office.  If that agent is hired, the EXIT agent who introduced the new agent (sponsor) to the company receives a financial BONUS every time that new agent closes on a transaction.

This bonus comes from the head office not out of any agent's pocket.

This Sponsoring bonus is equal to 10% of the gross commission from the agent you recruited.  This happens every year that the new agent is employed with the company and closes on each transaction.

When the agent who recruited that sponsor retires, and his or her sponsor is still actively working with the company, that retired agent will receive 7% residual bonus.

So, the more sponsors you have, the more money you'll make while you're sunning yourself on that tropical island or playing those 18 holes of golf!

Most agents don't have life insurance right...Well, you will now...Because once you join EXIT you will designate a beneficiary.  If you become deceased, you loved one(s) will receive a 5% residual bonus from the agents that you sponsored into the company

EXIT's commission split is usually higher than other company's commission split as well.  Splits are 70/30 up to $100,000 gross on closed transactions and then 90/10 for the balance to that current year.

Not only does the head office pay these bonuses out, they also dedicate $5.00 of each agent's transaction fee to Habitat for Humanity charity.

According to Swanepoel Trends Report published in February, 2007, EXIT Realty was ranked as the leading New National Real Estate Franchise.  See their full report at www.retrends.com

Brenda- Ok so you have my curiosity up...Why do all your posts say "Can you do something with this"?

Before Real Estate I was a department trainer in a very big Health Insurance Company.  After each presentation to my trainees, I would follow up with the tag-line, Are we getting this people...?

I have changed the tag-line a little and it is now ..Can you do something with this...

It's basically just saying to consumers and other R.E. professional, "Hey I've got some information to share with you, hope you can do something with this information and use it either now or in the future.  Plus the fact, if people like what I write, they are more apt to see my tag-line and know that it's coming from me...

My last blog was about the whole EXIT system.  Hopefully, R.E professionals can "do something with this" lastest blog and inquire about the whole EXIT system and how it works.  You know,  kind of a New Year, New Job thing...Not many people know about the whole residual system and think that EXIT is just another Real Estate Company.  I would like to change that way of thinking and put more money into Real Estate agents pockets!

Hey, What about you...Can you do something with this...  :) :) :)

Thanks for the comment!

Brenda - Ok I get it now. Are you going to do that on all your posts though? Just to give you a heads up your title is one of the most important part of your posts. This is what Google uses to index your work. The 1st 4 words are the most important. You title should match what you are writing about. I think you are going to lose a lot of Google juice by having that tag line in every post. Just a thought :)

I was familiar with Exit. I have been selling for 22 years and know all my competitors business models. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else but RE/MAX. Hope you have a great 2008!

Thanks for the great info!  I'll try and put the tagline in to the blog somewhere else. Have a great 2008!
