I thought it would be fun to share with you my experience at Trump Soho. Their office is on Wooster Street in New York City's Soho. Upon entering the shining modern decorated store front converted to real estate show place I was greeted by a smiling, friendly receptionist. She inquired why I there, politely took my card and asked me to have a seat. My client, Mike arrived moments later. We were introduced, exchanged niceties with the sales agent, Stephen, as we moved to a private leather and glass conference room, he pointed out the lighted display of the Trump building. Along the wall was an hd tv display where you could see the panoramic views of New York waterways and skyline that would be yours if you purchased. This was every inch what one would expect from the name Trump.
We sat is a glass enclosed room with a sleek leather table Stephen, the International Agent, who handled properties in Spain, France and England gave us an overview of the Trump Soho condo, hotel to be. The five star hotel is the only one of it's kind in the downtown area and will offer a totally luxurious living experience. The striking glass tower, designed to capture 360 degree views of New York will house a private business conference room, library lounge, 30- person screening room, even space, day spa, fitness center, BLT restaurant and a conservatory just to name a few amenities. The hotel condiminium offers owners the option of a premier hotel management company to maintain and rent their units when they are not occupied if that is what they prefer. The Condo will house 413 units, studios and suites are available. They range in size from 420 sq. ft. to 3,000 sq. ft. The units are fully furnished. We walked over to site of the building now under construction and back again. I grew to really like Stephen because he was very good at what he did. After he fininshed his polished sales pitch I wanted to purchase a unit myself. Lucky enough my client did too. We signed a contract and from start to finish in less than three hours.
This was truly the most enjoyable of any deal in my whole real estate career.
