What is the BEST IDX system you can give your real estate clients

I use Diverse Solutions which has been ok but open to change - Spatial Match has been calling and solution looks very nice. How has it been doing from an seo perspective? Thanks

Spatial Match calls me every month to switch from Diverse solutions, and I ask them why I would want to do that. They don't have a wordpress pluging that populates my site with thousands of idx pages that google usually puts on the first page for the search terms that are normally used for the properties on the pages. Diverse solutions is expensive if you don't use it, but if you do, it will make a big difference in your business. IMHO

Stay away from Spatial Match!  I had them for 25 days, was down for 6 of those days and they could care less.  Towns are not listed correctly, my clients signed up for Salem, MA listings and got Salem, NH.  They take your money and run.  Searches do not work on mobile devices and back office side is horrendous.  Worst monies ever spent!
