Right now, nothing is our fault -or- Must be a slow news day

I know this may seem to be a worthless post, but right now at 12:22 pm on Friday the 5th, 2007 - there is no bad real estate news being reported on by any of the big websites.

That's a first in a long time.

Now "Mortgage Rates Increase." no "Housing Slips" - nothing. Zip.

And that's a feel good moment. Because according to the major news outlets, right now nothing is our fault.

sigh

I wonder how long it will last? :)

No BAD news is good news. :)

I'm taking it as the absense of a lie is the truth.
