Viewing Homes

By
Real Estate Agent with The Romanski Group/ Keller Williams Realty

Once we begin viewing homes remember that as you approach these homes, take notice of the condition of the roof, foundation, paint and landscaping.  Observe the neighborhood, and the condition of other homes on that street.  Ask yourself pertinent questions that are important to you such as:  Is there suitable parking?; How close are schools, shopping, and a bus line?; Is this home on a busy street?

As you walk through the homes, feel free to open cabinets and closets if you wish.  If the appliances are to be included, check their condition.  Most often sellers will be absent while we are there, but should they be present, they will understand your need to examine the home carefully.  If the home appeals to you, make notes.  It is easy to forget details.  Often there will be a brochure available for you to take along to help you recall the home as you review your tour and, whenever possible, we will have given you a copy of the MLS information sheet on homes that you are viewing.

Don't be surprised if the first home you see is the perfect one for you, and don't be discouraged if none of those you visit the first day are what you are looking for.  We are committed to finding the one that you will want to call "HOME" and will work diligently until you find that home!
