Even the geese get together for a weekend of fun and swimming on beautiful Lake Granbury Texas.  Photos made from the little cafe where I have breakfast about three times a week.  There is so much wildlife fun going on here at the lake.  Just watching the ducks, geese and squirrels doing their thing is worth the cost of the breakfast here along the shore of the lake.  Take time to watch the birds and animals that are around your part of the world.

Don, you know it's spring when the babies come out.  We sure have had a beautiful spring in Texas this year.

Patrica, You are so right they seem to be ever where and these little ones are only two weeks old.

Paula, Yes, this has been one of the best spring times in a while.  We have had a lot of rain in our area and everything is so green and beautiful.  You live in a great part of Texas to enjoy the weather and the beauty.

Hi Don,

What a great photo of a mother goose and her babies going for a swim. Love it! I think it is so amazing how they can learn to swim within a few days.

Happy Monday.

Don,

These photos are cute and adorable. It really makes you smile, doesn't it. I can just imagine how enjoyable it was to see it in person.

All the best to you!

Kristin, You are so right these little ones were swimming in only two or three days.

Phil, Cute comment I don't know where the clown of the family was when I got these photos. :)

Patrica, It sure helps to start the day with a smile on our face.  They are so cute I just would like to hold one but mother and mostly the father would not go for it.

Don -- that means I will have to be careful on my Sunday morning drives -- as the geese wander all over about a mile of the road I regularly travel.  Have a great week!

Steven, You had better keep an eye open for them, yesterday there were four setting right in the middle of the highway just as if they owned the place.. Thanks for the comments.

Bob,  Thanks for the comments the breakfast is always on show here at this little cafe.  From your logo you must have a lot of time outdoors so enjoy each moment.
