Sharon, I have driven by this community and always wondered what the price point was, I see there is a lot of variance. Is that conditions and or views?

Hi Stacey - I love Seaview in Newport Beach, it is a beautiful community.

Hi Endre- yes the variance would be because of views and because many of them have been remodeled.

Hi Jane - Seaview is lovely and I love the sign as well.

I guess with a name of seaview, I can expect a nice view to the west. Based on this report, I would be knocking on the doors of this community to see if anyone wanted to sell.
