Hi Dick, This is some Great information for buyers in Loveland, CO area, or even those considering relocating soon. Those 250 Ranch style homes available should be a Big drawing card, since I know I would be looking for something like that. No more Two Story homes for us. Sellers are certainly happy about that 98.9% of listing price on their homes.

Hi Dick, I'm glad to see plenty of homes under $200K because that's what I call affordable housing. We all love to sell $500K plus, but there's somthing to be said for being on the down low.
