real estate domains; referral and income

Real Estate Broker/Owner with VRI HOMES 7871741

Several years ago, i began buying real estate domains for our company to market. we created sites for historic, adult communities, rentals, new homes, horse farms, short sales, fsbo, condos, cribs, foreclsoures.

these sites help seperate our company in our local market.

anyone can feature home on realtor.com and other sites but only our agents could feature homes on these sites.

this gave us a marketing edge and advertising advantage.

we then began getting leads for other area and states.

we began referring these leads to agents and then started to explain where they came from, agents asked us to feature them on the town they service.

we then came up with thte idea we could sell ads to local business(mortgage, title, insurance, moving) and we share that renenue with our members.

as the internet develops, one website will no longer be enough and we wanted to control our future advertising expenses, so building a coop will create more traffic and insure a place online.

Very smart!  I just purchased more domain names and activated them.  I have 2 websites now and hoping to get one more going soon!  Nice to hear you are growing in new ways!

Interesting ... our company also has multiple sites (not redirects) to showcase our various offerings.  Nce to see SEO skills being practiced

My web provider has set me up with several domains to do just that. I now refer leads to other agents as well.
