As a Realtor, I sometimes get excited, maybe too excited, when an offer comes in on one of my listings or when a Buyer I'm working with decides it's time to write an offer on a home. I think, "Wooo! Whooooo! Now the fun stuff starts." I also think, "Hey, I may actually see some money!"
Now, I know I'm only supposed to be in this business to help other people and the money part is just, you know, nice. But I do like to see a couple of dollars added to my bank account so I can pay the mortgage and the utilities and the [fill in the blank]. So I do feel a little of the adrenaline rush when I think something is about to happen.
What does this have to do with Paying to Blog?
Well, I'm at Day 33 since RSS Pieces took my credit card number and used it. Hey, I said they could. I've talked to a few different people, including John McKnight (thanks, John), and I really had this feeling that things were going to happen. I was excited. Then.....ZZzzzzzzzzz.
Now, I know it's Christmas and New Year's and all that. Am I being overly sensitive? Too excited?
Should I just chill until, say, January 15th to allow enough time and space to get things really, really right.
I just hope they don't start charging me their monthly hosting fee.
Stay tuned for Episode 8.
