Comparing the calendar year of 2006 to the calendar year of 2007, there were 3,344 less sales of record (all information in this report has been compiled from the MRIS. New homes are the responsibility of the selling agent to record in MRIS & are not always recorded) within the calendar year of 2007 than occured in 2006 (13,536 sales in 2006). Based on a complete calendar year, there were 27.92 homes that sold each and every day within Montgomery County MD in the calendar year of 2007.
