Sales, Sales And More Sales....

Well I have to say I think Im done for the year. You Stagers Know what Im talking about Im sure. Im talking about all the SALES.....

I think my partner and I have visited every store in the Chicago land area, and bought at least one item from each. We both have big SUV's and for the past 3 days they have been stuffed full with area rugs, picture frames, throw pillow to love seats.

But when you see up to 80% off, some how I think we will be doing a bit more shopping.

So how did you do? I would love to hear about some jaw dropping sales and items you were able to pick up this after Christmas sale season?

I think the best thing we picked up was from Crate & Barrel, We now have the most beautiful table settings for about 10 tables and spent under $200.00. These were just amazing pieces we could not pass up. once we clear one of the tables and able to take a picture we will. But for now our home and the office is just full of boxes we have to go through to make sure nothing is broke.

So what was your jaw dropper this year?

Brian, I hit a few stores this past weekend and came home with some really great bargains. Thats the only way I'll build my staging inventory, IF I can get it on sale!

Brian-I am a terrible shopper! I am so impulsive that I see something and I just have to have it! That means that while I was out Christmas (yes, before Christmas ) shopping, I bought a ton of stuff. Was it on sale? Sort of. Certainly not the sales you see now! I'm sorry...I'm so ashamed. :(

Brian; Gary and I did some major power shopping in the furniture department after the holiday. We stocked up on some furniture deals. We managed to purchase 2 chairs, a desk, a queen bed suite, and a few nick-nacks...oh my. I get nervous when I spend money. However the nervousness goes away until the next shopping trip!

Hi Brian-

We have Steinmart in Houston & they had a great sale (75% off)plus coupon for 15% off the sale price!

I snatched beautiful embellished towels, candlesticks, greenery, placemats-but had to stand in a LONNGG line to checkout. It was so worth it!

I have enjoyed your comments on AR staging posts this year-good logic & common sense! Hope to see more of them.
