I just found out that interest rates are near 5.25! Can you imagine that! 2008 is going to be a fabulous year! I have a very strong feeling that we are moving towards a sellers market. It will be a slow move but we are shifting. People seem excited about 2008 maybe because we are all ready to start a new year with enthusiasm and excitement! I know I am. Sharcom Realty has two closing this next week! Houses seem to be selling a bit faster than they were in Tarrant County, Texas. More and more people are moving into our area. The slow time has moved some of the new Realtor's the ones that gave up out of the market. Sharcom Realty is growing by leaps and bounds and we got 8 new agents this year! One is doing commercial!

Hi Sharon: I surely hope that the lowering of the interest rates will stimulate buyer activity. Perhaps with the lower rates, and the pent-up demans that has been built up over the last six months... together will bring about a break-out of buying and selling activity.
