A feature booklet with staged color photographs of your home and school /area details will be professionally produced. |
Run a Broker's open house and hope agents remember to attend. |
My office conducts weekly Broker's tours of our company listings where I get direct feedback from each agent about its appearance and price opinion and share this information with you immediately!. |
Throw an open house for the public, and hope that nosy neighbors aren't the only visitors. |
Open houses are publicized on various popular sites and newspaper venues. A broadcast email to over 5,000 Realtors in the area will also be dispatched prior to the open house. |
Once you're listed, contact you occasionally, if at all. |
You'll hear from me as often as you dictate is comfortable. I typically contact my clients 1-2 times a week, either by phone or email, or both. Weekly, I'll provide a marketing update, covering feedback from agents and their clients who have seen your home. Plus, you are informed of what I've been doing to get your house sold. |
