Now sure if you are ware, but a large portion of our business is dealing with Developers both for National and International Projects. For the past 6 months we have gotten busy financing Development Projects in Central America and the Bahamas. Typically these projects are for Condo Hotels, Hotel / Casinos, Resorts w/Marinas, or plain Condo Complexes in resort areas.

Like I mentioned, we can do projects throughout the United States and basically anywhere in the world. Our only limitations on International projects is that the country  of choice be stable and in good relations with the United States.

On these types of programs our loans start at $5 Million and goes up to $900 Million. And if the Principles do not have the assets to qualify on their own, we may be able to set them up on a Joint Venture arrangement.
