Life is a challenge.

Life is a challenge. Realistically, it is a game of chance. If you are a Christian...you believe that there is a G*d and he has a plan for all of us... If you are of a different religion...I am not sure, but I would like to know how your religion plays into your lifestyle.

Life changes your perspective...during situations you encounter...during your week, month, year...the situations at hand, make you reflect, make decisions, make you change your goals.

We never know where our life will lead us...it's a day to day, month to month experience. It's a "are you my real friend" experience...

It's a lifetime situation...

It's a real shame that you cannot trust anyone anymore...back in the day, we never worried...a hand shake was enough...now...it's sad...

You my friends on AR, I hope are different...I hope there is a fraternity/sorority...combination here for us to be able to help each other...The market is tough...

I LOVE A CHALLENGE...DON'T EVER TELL ME I CAN'T DO SOMETHING...

The bottom line is, life is really tough! We have to constantly adapt and keep our attitudes right at the same time.

Challenge is what keeps me going hard.

Challenges help define who we are, and make us stronger. It is too bad though that it is harder to trust people.

Karen ~ I think that's what I like about you - what you see post is what you get! I know what you mean, but I also know that when I tell someone I'm going to do something I do it or tell them why I couldn't; I don't pretend it never happened.

It's really sad that we can no longer trust people like a hand shake, back in the day!....amazing isn't it?

Indeed, it is sad that we cannot do business on a handshake and it is sad that the paper work gets thicker each year, that the on-going education gets more strict and the rules get tighter, it kind of takes away from the humanity of it all. It is too bad, sometimes I wonder what we have done, but then I consider that we can each make a difference, by living life with the highest standards regardless of religion or non- or whatever. - Lance

It is sad that a handshake isn't what it used to be. (Some say its old fashioned) Keeping your word,Ethics, honesty? I still give some the benefit of the doubt in some of my dealings outside of real estate and yes sometimes it backfires. I try to be more optimistic than cynical it's a daily battle. Optimism wins most of the time but not always.

A hand shake is a hand shake. The honesty that goes with the hand shake and the shady people out there right now is pathetic...but! Thankfully this market is weeding out the weak!!! Have a great and prosperous new year!
