Russ, you're right - as we get older, many of us become more cognizant of what we would like to be remembered for - which hopefully makes us a bit more selfless.

My short while in real estate I have done the above and beyond.

 One of my first clients did not plan well.  They auctioned off all of their furniture but two chairs and their dining table, beds, zip, nothing.  Here was this large log home empty.  For an open house I loaned them my furniture right out of my living room.  For two weekends I was sitting on some very old uncomfortable chairs.

The silly goose thought I gave her the furniture for the entire listing period, (the home was way over priced, my second listing) This was going to take forever.

When I had not sold this home in 6 weeks I was yelled at and the dining table pounded on and ordered to bring them a buyer.

My next move....I drove home got out my change form, told them I was not in the business to be ordered and yelled at and sign here, I am outta here.

 I still say "Thank you Jesus" everytime I drive by that house.

Nuff said!  I am very much looking forward to helping others above and beyond the call of duty.  It's my nature.  I like people
