Spring Time in TennesseeWelcome to Spring home buying 2012 in Middle Tennessee.  In many of our neighborhoods sellers have two or three offers on a property. Here are some of the single family home sales numbers for the first 15 days in April for Williamson County, Tennessee.

A total of 108 homes sold within an average of 76 days on the market.  Yes, less then 3 months.  The average single family home listed for $441, 199 and sold for $427,112 or 97% of the asking price.

So is this just in Williamson County?  In Nashvile, during the same time period, 139 single family homes sold within 87 days.   The average list price was 237,486 and the average sales price was $226,830 or 96% of the asking price.

So if you are ready to buy or sell in Middle Tennessee now is the time.
