How I Made It Into The Top 4% of Hawaii Real Estate Agents

This is my recipe for success:

ITEM NUMBER 1

Start with the greatest wife on the planet. She has been by my side for 20 years of my 22 year military career. Prior to that time, she spent her life as a child of a career Army Infantry NCO for 19 years. Tonya and I will celebrate our 22nd anniversary in February. She has held our family together through my 3 deployments to Iraq, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. She has endured countless non-combat deployments where she has taken care of the house, bills, autos, kids, work etc.....and she continues to do all of the above and more in our real estate business. Did I mention that she is an unbelieveable cook and could probably have her own tv cooking show if she desired? Great mother, volunteer, great neighbor, friend to many and the list goes on.

Without her support there would be no success for me.

ITEM NUMBER 2

Two of the best kids that any parent could hope to have. They are respectful, intelligent and caring. Without them, I would not be motivated to be successful. I am proud of you guys and you know I would do anything for you.

Thats it. The foundation is laid with a great family and that allows me to do my job. All of the rest falls into place on its own.

Good Morning 1st SGT. Your a lucky man to have a supportive family. As far as your Warriors go, I will be there in the Superdome on Tuesday on the 20 yard line. I scored two tickets this weekend. GO Hawaii.

Frank-What was your rank? Yes, I am lucky to have a great family and I am very thankful for them. You are lucky to have tickets and live right there in Louisiana! I am jealous but I hope you have fun and hope the Warriors can count on you to cheer for them. Aloha Soldier!

Can't believe I missed this but this was also right around the time I found my birth mother. You certainly do have a beautful family. congrats...

Which pros did you pick up? My favorite Senior's are Chi Chi, Lee Trevino, Ben Crenshaw, Jack, Arnie, Mark Omeara, to many to list I guess. Considering I'm in the Senior league too.
