I received an e-mail yesterday from a former tenant who bought a home 3 years ago.  They have gotten their job "offer of a lifetime" and need to leave the area.

In his e-mail he says..."My wife and I rented a property from you in 2008 and had a VERY good experience".

He gave me the address of their property and the developer/builder is still building out the project so the option of selling the property would be at a loss.

I sent him a return e-mail with a rental range and he immediately responded that that range would WORK FOR THEM.

I'm going to do a property presentation to them on Tuesday afternoon and I have already downloaded the builder's floor plans for the property from the original MLS listing.

This happend twice last year and I guess I better establish a TENANT/Client discount management program for these clients.

I L♥VE it when a plan comes together for former tenants so they do not have to sacrifice the value of their home for their "dream job".

You go girl!  I love referrals - just got a call today - not a former tenant, but a nice lady who can't sell her home.  My name  kept coming up as THE person to call for the area.  Love it.
