My super bowl picks now that the dust has settled

The Green Bay Packers Vs The San Diego Chargers

The Charger got off to a slow start but have come on at the end of the regular season. Most likely they will finish with a record of (11-5). What I like is, the defense it's still one of the best. They will have to play in poor weather to advance to the SB. We know they can run the ball with LT. I like the Bolts to upset the Pats to advance.

Packers, have the fourth best offensive over all and the second best passing team right behind the Pats. Favre has played as well this year as I have seen him play in years. Favre has played and won in a few more big game then Romo, I like the packers and the vet at QB over the Boys and a very good but inexperienced QB.

Well,I guess we are all trying to be the Amazing Kreskin this time of year...so,I will chime in With New England and Green Bay.....SD is weak at head coach and Rivers isn't all that spectacular...They do have LT....but he isn't enough to carry them to the SB

Yeah I'm not a big Rivers fan but LT is the best by far RB in the playoffs.Norv has them playing well.

How about the Seahawks over the Colts. Farve is still shakin' in his boots from the last time he played Seattle on MNF, so I don't see the Pack getting past the 1st round.

Since the Pack has a bye through the first round, I bet they'll be safe into the second! ;)

A Seattle win sends them to Lambeau, just make sure Hasselbeck and his creepy new mustache keep the guarantees to a minimum, especially in OT.

I will agree with BLR Guy, Packers and Patriots are my pick.  Chargers are weak in my opinion, as are the Cowboys.  Colts will give the Patriots a run for their money...

Jim - I heard an interview a year later from Mckenzie about that playoff game. Mckenzie said that the second that Matt called that audible in overtime he knew the play. That was why he jumped the route and won the game. I am guessing that Hasselbeck won't be making any similar guarantees provided the opportunity.

(BTW, the facial hair is creepy)

Ryan- I like Hasselback (sans the stache) ....not surprised of the reading of the audible....that stuff happens more frequently than we seem to believe.

Interesting pick David the Packers would have to go through Dallas in order to make it to the super bowl in Phoenix . Green Bay has shown that they have a tough time in Dallas especially in the Playoffs. The Chargers always fall short in the playoffs and they have no shot at beating the Patriots at Foxborough.

Eddy Romo is not there yet, TO is hurting not sure he will be 100%, Packers have played well just over looked with the Pats going 16-0. Bolts, have a solid D and LT can take over any game. Norv got this job to win in the playoffs, well soon see.
