We're an independent Transaction Coordinating company and one of our largest clients has required us to use RELAY. So far, 2 big problems: First, you can only upload one document into the Library at a time... .way too slow for a fast paced TC office. Second, some of our brokers have no checklist. We have not been aboe to create this and send them to our clients. I've talked to Tech Support but there are no work arounds for these issues. We were faster and more accurate with our own internal documented SOPs! Wish us luck!!!
